A human being has 46 chromosomes, 23 from mom and 23 from dad. A ***** has 23 and so does an ovum. When they fuse together, it forms a cell that has 46 chromosomes that will go on to become an embryo and eventually a new human being. With today's technology, you cannot take DNA from two ovum and make them into one. Neither can you fuse 2 ovum and one *****.
