How can I keep my child from going to his ***** donor?

The day that I found out I was pregnant my ex-husband suggested that I have an abortion.Two months after having the baby I found out that he was cheating on me the whole time we were married. He decided to move out with his girlfriend. Two weeks after, my car was repoed and my house went into foreclosure. He has not had anything to do with the baby for the past year and half. I am now engaged and for the past year and a half my fiance is the only daddy that my child has known. For the first time in my life I feel like I have the happy family that have always prayed for. My ex has never payed child support. He was getting ready to sign his rights away and my dad talked him out of it and got him a lawyer. The idiot now has visitation. He picked the baby up yesterdayfor the week and we are having a hard time.Can u imagine giving ur child to a stranger for the week and there is nothing u can do?Does anyone have any ideas how to keep my child from going with him? Please help! Thank you

I want to change my childs last name! difficult situation?

I had my son when i was 15. He has my last name, the biological (sperm donor )father is not on the birth certificate. but we did have a dna test to prove it is his. My child is now 5years old. and S.D. has been paying child support for a little over a year. I want to change his last name to my married name. Can I do it without contacting him? I live in arkansas so any info. will be greatly appreciated.
No, He does not know i am married(or have another child) . I have not seen or heard from him since my son was 3months. ( I was forced into the situation)
We would like for him to adopt him. does anyone know how much it cost.

He never wants to get married because he is afraid that if he does, the women will divorce him and he has to pay court order child support and the woman still interferes with his parental rights. In this system he just prefers to have a child with no legal mother and be a singel father. He trusts his sister because she is family and she stills gets to see that child almost every single day if she goes along with it.

Should ***** donors pay Child Support?

I was watching Good Morning America & they had a Woman that had her friend be her ***** donor.
The man wasn’t romantically linked to the woman, he just agreed to give his ***** to her so she could have the child she hoped for.
They showed pictures of the man rubbing the womans stomach while she was pregnant, and being there for the child as he grew. Apparently, the situation worked out so well for them, they decided to try the donor ***** technique again- this child was a girl.
The donor played the father role in both children’s lives and he slowly started to demand weekends & holidays- the normal rights of a father. The woman then asked him for child support.
The donor does not think it is fair for him to have to pay anything when technically he is a “donor”.

They said on the show that judges can overthrow ***** donor documents stating that they remain unknown to the woman, or couple.

What do you think about this situation?
Do donors deserve the same rights as regular fathers?
Should the pay child support?
Should confidentiality be kept or let their information be known?
